Just wanted to talk about this topic to anyone that may be in my shoes. What do you like the most about the North and the South? I have many negative connotations related to the south, yet I'm not sure I want to stay in the north because it'd be just me and my kids. All our family is in the south. Great opportunities up here for the kids, but that's about it. But I detest the thought of touching that southern soil because of the people that used to be in my life there.
So, maybe you can tell me what you like about each? Up here, I'm an hour away from a huge metropolitan, well known city. Down there, it was Hicksville.
