Sour Grapes - a story raters kill ratings on purpose

I know whatcha' mean...
I was the 2nd person to vote on one of my stories.
Of course I liked my story, so I gave it a 5.
When I checked to see how it was doing, there'd been 2 votes on it. My average was 3. Which means that the SOB gave me a frickin' 1! I'm still planning to hunt him/her down, and kill them like a dog!!!

You liked it, it was your own work and for me that is what is important.
I don`t get much feed back from e-mail but I have had two mails in the ast which said:
"oooops...sorry I wanted to vote 5 but clicked too fast and got a 3 - or - I voted a 1 thinking that was the best score and realised too late that it wasn`t!"
So, take heart! It might not be sour grapes, rather just eager fingers missing buttons.
