I know this is an old thread, but I've noticed a lot more videos appearing lately and have been giving it some thought, running out of ideas on the old bucket list.

If done correctly with a proper sound (perfectly rounded ends) and lots of lube, there should be no pain involved. It is a unique feeling. And most important is that the sound and the lube must be sterile.
