Sounds.

Certain sounds get me really all .... gooey? (Darn! my word power has left me again!)

Examples ....

The sound of waves breaking on a sea shore ... so soothing, so rhythmic.

or

The sounds of birds singing in the tree tops whilst the insects buzz lazily past.

or

The sound of rain falling against the window.

or

The sound of my bit gag and blinfold jangling together.

or

The sound of His voice saying my name.

I've already spouted off about words, in the wrong thread apparently. I appologize, Byegones.
Of course, at some point you have to talk about the sounds someone makes when they're at the mercy of the one who bound them. That's got to be half the fun, the other half is seeing what it does ot them. The actual sensations are a distant enough third to not even effect the calculation.
Another thing that has been lightly touched (to my knowledge) is music. The right tune has a nasty habit of setting the rythm, and tempo for the fetivities. I like to use something I know like the back of my eyelid, but the other guy hasn't heard yet. That way, I can play along with it, and he's still surprised. (Or she, I don't even care any more)
My absolute vavourite song to go round and round with someone to is "Brute" (KMFDM, "NIHIL") The chorus: "Cut these eyes, and I will see, kiss these lying lips for me, stroke this skin, and I will kneel, brutalize me, I will heal" pretty much says it all.

As if smell and touch weren't enough?!? Talk about hitting my three biggest buttons. But yeah, a sound will definitely take me places. I always say I'm very audially inclined... I just love to listen. Everything from the sounds of spring, to a special song (and I've got many), to the soft gasps of a woman and the slap of leather against skin can definitely get me going.
