Katy walked through the market place looking around at all of the stalls. She loved going to markets because they were cheap and they had everything she wanted. Already she had bought a black choker, some perfume and a pair of combat boots. She turned around to see an old fortune teller shuffling her tarot deck and looking around, occasionally calling at passers by. Katy, for some unknown reason was drawn towards her and almost as suddenly handed over her money and was having her fortune read.

"Hmm...Interesting..."

Katy frowned at the fortune teller.

"What is?"

The old woman looked at her. She smiled.

"You will fall in love..."

Katy still continued to frown.

"But..." The woman flipped over the next card. "He will turn up in the most unexpected place, very soon."

Katy thought to herself. What on earth was that supposed to mean? Why did all of these 'Fortune Tellers' have to speak in riddles? Why not just a straight answer? She was patient. She allowed the woman to finish the reading and finally let her go. Katy's mind was puzzled for almost the whole day. She didn't understand. Oh well. She turned the corner and bumped into...

James Edward Deal (JED)

ooc: 6' tall, 190 pounds, steely blue eyes and steel grey hair, about 55-60 years of age. James Edward Deal wears very expensive suits, shirts, ties, & shoes. He is quite powerful, wealthy, and a wee bit kinky, as is shown by his pierced ears, his leather driving gloves that he wears whenever he leaves the office, and his very long braided ponytail. In the lapel of his black pinstriped Armani suit, he wears a very discrete pin in the form of a pair of handcuffs. He specializes in power exchange.

he was walking brikly down the street, through the market, on his way to a power lunch with a very special client He truly enjoyed having lunches at a small restaurant located near a building his firm owned. There JED kept a loft for special conferences. As he turned the corner of the market, briefcase swinging, he was struck by this girl. The impact knocked her to the ground and the briefcase from his grip. As he bent to retrieve it, JED looked into her eyes. He was captivated by her appearance, her gaze.

He crouched down and asked, in a low whisper, "Are you all right? I'm terribly sorry to have knocked you over.? I'm James Edward Deal, but you can call me Jed."

Katy

"Ow!"

Katy clutched her wrist with her pearly black nails. It was bleeding profusely.

"Are you all right? I'm terribly sorry to have knocked you over."

"Oh...Its OK."

Katy gets up still holding her wrist.

"I'm James Edward Deal, but you can call me Jed."

"Uh...I'm Katy. Katy Jackson."

She felt uncomfortable talking to this stranger. Maybe it is the clothes. Maybe it was just the fact that he was talking to her. Maybe it was because she realised Jed was quite fit, he looked younger than he really was.

He glanced down, quickly sizing up her situation. very pretty, not hurt terribly. what a prize to take home, he thought.

"I feel awful about knocking you down. Would you let me make it up to you by buying you lunch?" Not waiting for a reply, he flipped open his expensive cell, punched a buitton and spoke to an unseen party, "I cannot make our lunch or this afternoon's meeting. Yes. That's right. You will be at the loft tomorrow at 11. Yes. That's right. Be there! Goodbye"

He turned to Katy. "I'm sorry. Sometimes, well, arrangments can be tedious. Shall we go to lunch?"

He offered his arm to her and moved her toward a fairly crowded restaurant. The waiter showed him to the best table immediately.

Katy was a bit taken aback but accepted nevertheless.

"Yes. OK."

She let Jed lead her to the table and she sat down. Katy thought she looked very out of place because it was so expensive. Her, in black fishnets, skirt, boob tube, trench coat and choker didn't seem to fit in with her surroundings.

He watched her discomfort, but ordered nevertheless, for both of them. He got her order perfectly, giving her precisely what she desired. He had the garden salad, bottled water, and a lo-fat yoghurt dish. "Have to watch the red meat," he grinned.

As they ate, he discovered a great deal about her. He took her in as she relaxed, admiring her body, the full breasts hidden beneath the tube top, the long sim legs, the slim neck highlighted by the choker, even the trenchcoat. He knew the waiter and the other diners were eying him and his "date", but he could have cared less.

He gave her hints about his life, his likes and dislikes, his business ("I'm turned on by the give and take of negotiations, and by winning, of course", he smiled), and his personal life. They laughed and chatted their way through the lunch.

Two hours flew by until he finally looked up at her. "I'd hate to end this now. I cleared my schedule for the afternoon earlier. Would you like to see my personal office space? I'd be very pleased to have the company." Then he paid the tab, leaving a hefty tip, and held out hisw hand to her, letting her know that it was a polite command, more than a request.
