I have a sore on my scalp that won't heal.

I hope it isn't skin cancer.

I had to shave the affected area with a razor so I could see it. (it was covered by hair)

Get it looked at by a doc. Could be a MRSA infection. Or it could be bedbugs, etc. But if it's been there for a while, get a doctor to look at it.
