Sore nipples

My wife got really aggressive with my nipples last night. They were sore and had a pink ring around them this morning. Water hitting them in the shower this morning was kind of painful, and my shirt rubbing against them was a distraction all day. In some ways I guess it's a nice distraction remembering how hot the sex was.

Anyway, what's a good morning after cure (or after sex cure) for nipples that have been delightfully abused? Does Ibuprofen help?

Dude, that sounds super painful...let me ask you, was she making them bleed or just tweaking them really hard?

If shower water is making them sting, you might have a popped blood vessel or something. I'm no nipple expert, but you might need a bit more than an Advil if that's the case.

Give it a day or two and if there's any visual evidence of bruising or w/e, you might need to tell your wife to chill on the nipple play for a few.

No broken skin. Just some very nice pinching, pulling, and tweeking. I've noticed the same sensitivity in the past after playing with nipple clamps. I suppose chafing is a possibility. Maybe I just need to get some bag balm.

That's not a bad idea! That stuff really works wonders for sore/damaged skin. It ain't just for cow udders.

I'm a girl, but I often have what you describe the day after.

I just enjoy the reminders of a good night and the next day I'm usually back to normal! If the skin looks like it might be getting dry I just put body lotion on.

Yeah, it wasn't so noticeable yesterday but last night she was nipping at them and it took me a few minutes to get past the sensitivity and enjoy it. Now that she knows I like it she's not shy. Something new to learn about together.
