Jeff idly swirled his whiskey. To say he was bored was like saying a masochist enjoyed being spanked. The party was dragging on, without an end in sight. He was planning on giving it another few minutes before ditching the pretentious Dominants and their lust-blind little submissives behind.
He brushed his brown hair back and brushed a little lint off his shoulder. His clean-shaven face featured blank stares around the room, but then contorted into a grimace.
She was here. He had looked over just in time to see her. Why the fuck was she here? She had been his unspoken nemesis for years now. Stolen subs, always one-upping each other, doing their best to subtly put each other down, these had always been highlights of the time they had known each other. She had gotten him good a few moths ago, and he shuddered at the thought.
He really wasn't in the mood to even deal with her right now, so he turned slightly and made his way out of the expansive living room into the hall, hoping to find the back door. He didn't make it very far.
His escape was cut off by an old 'friend' of his. The kind of friend that thinks they're much closer than they actually are, when in reality they're just annoying. This one was named Dave. Dave was one who could talk about himself for hours if given the time. Right now, he was boasting to Jeff about the new sub he'd just collared. She stood there, all timid and not looking at anything but the floor. She was pretty enough, but the blushing and timidness were a combination of sickening cuteness. But he didn't wish Dave on anyone. Poor girl.
He was finally making his escape from the talkative keeper. His green eyes locked on the door and true freedom, when he heard her call his name. She was too close for him to get away now.
Jeff turned to see her standing there in front of him, a smug grin on her face.
