If I'm getting this correctly. A man is attracted to his son's 18 y/o girlfriend.

The flirty girl comes around daily for the son. She is far more into the son than he is to her. The son just uses her for sex, but since he haven't found a more sutible mate he puts up with her.

The girlfriend comes around even when she knows that the son is not there. She often catches the father when he least expects her. Like when he is getting out of the shower. She makes flirty remarks to him in his compromising position, but doesn't let up. She talks his ears off. He puts up with her because its his son's girlfriend even though he knows that his son doesn't care that much for her.

She begins to get the hint about the son's feelings for her. She goes to the father for advice on keeping him. This girl is attractive, but is also annoying. Sometimes she exposes more of herself without thinking of the effect that she maybe causing the father.

Say, the girlfriend spends the night fucking the son. The son leaves her there while he has gone off the next morning. She comes out of the son's bedroom and sits down to watch TV and wait for the son to return wearing only a t-shirt.

The father enters. She proceed to seek his advice on making the son feel more for her. The t-shirt she is wearing hide very little and arouses the father. She pleeds with him to help her in her flirty way.

The father asks is she pleasing him in bed. She believes that she does, but feels unsure now that the father has asked. He asked her what does she do. He replies to her description of their sex act, that maybe she isn't doing it in the way that he would like. She begs him to help her.

The father shows the girlfriend how to have sex "The right way".
