I'd have to say mostly instrumental ones come to mind for music to make sweet, slow, hours-long love to. Things like Enigma, Last of the Mohicans Soundtrack, Peter Gabriel's 'Passion' (Back me up A!), things like that. Some kinda trancy stuff like Portishead or Mazzy Star, some female artists like Sarah McLachlan...

As far as Fuck Me music, I'd have to go with the more industrial/techno edge too. Nice hard driving beats. Lords of Acid is pretty much insta-"get in me NOW" music NIN, Crystal Method, etc etc etc!
