Sometimes someone does something so heartfelt you want to just scream appreciation

I just wanted to tell you all what a wonderful person you have on the boards by the name of
Roland Gilliad

The sweetheart took about two hours or more out of his OWN time to help me look into a topic. When I thought he had just forgotten about me and stopped talking, or something...he continued to research , only to pop up and say he couldn't find anything.

I was astonished! He actually did research for me, and I totally forgot about it....when I gave up, he gave up his own time for me.

I just wanted to say thank you, that means soooo much to me.

And i wanted others to know how much you should be appreciated.

I have to say I have met alot of really nice people here at Lit. Always ready to support each other whether it be by kind words, encouragement, cyber hugs, this is a really nice place to get away from some of the unpleasantries of everyday life.

I hope you dont mind that I give my own heartfelt thanks to someone who went way out of their way to be there for me at 1 of the most difficult times in my life.

I have only known Dryfus3368 for about 4-5 weeks. We had had cyber/phone contact from the beginning and only met for the first time the weekend before. When my dad died last week, he immediately offered to come to the funeral with me and be here for me. I was so surprised by his kindness and concern for me. I would never have asked anyone such a favor. Especially someone I have only known such a short time. He didnt even hesitate to offer. Well, he was here for me just about everyday, to help hold me up when I thought I would fall, to hold my hand, to comfort me when I couldnt control my tears, to make sure I was ok. He is one of the most considerate, kind, caring and unselfish people I have ever known. I will never be able to repay him for how much he helped me get through the weekend. He is the true definition of a friend. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU.
