Something's happening

I know on occasion that people can't get onto chyoo due to some small scale update. Right now I can't either. Normally though the page just comes up as an errored web page, however right now there is a page up saying that Chyoo is in the process of an update.

Could we be seeing the end of the Beta?

It would appear so...if so I take back all the bad things I said about them being slow when the Beta came back.

Actually there seems to have been no change at all. Just the same Beta bug ridden chyoo.

Eh we're allowed to wish...servers probably got overloaded...I had noticed a period of slowdown at one point...perhaps refreshing memory or something of that nature...

If in fact they were making updates, (Improvements?), it would be good of them to post a list of what was done so we could check it out instead of having to just stumble along and hope we find any changes! I agree with you guys though I don't see anything that has been improved.

Looks like it was just the periodic update. The date on the front page changed.

the infamous date change...

I always get a kick out of seeing the date change. The same old message NEVER changes though. And when I do see the date change, I know that there will be nothing more than a bunch of new stories. Basically, nothing really changed. We just traded one chyoo for another. One that at first looks like it provides a lot of potential... then nothing is done to fulfill it's look. If Chyoo worked like it is suppose to, and bugs were fixed and a couple things added, we'd be up shit creek. What the hell would we complain about!?

I just found it a little odd that they created a redirection page so that we know Chyoo is being updated, as they never seem to have before.
