Something new or something old?

Was on my page, about to look at my recent event to see if I have gotten any new comments, when I happened to scroll down to where it says available options. This was at the bottom of said list.

We have an E-book store? Where?

This is the only mention I could find of it anywhere.

I also noticed that the link isn't turned on to it so... you can't go check out the page it mentions.

Is this some thing old that got turned off or is it something new that 's being added but is not ready yet?
