Just read this, thought it was fantastic tell me what you think, if you don't mind:
Ask, "How did you decide to do that?" rather than,
"Why did you do that?" when a situation goes wrong.
"Why" questions put people on the defensive and
produce justifications rather than useful answers.
Thought it was very donno...just thouhgt it was great. I love these things.
Anyone else got any?
