...with the submission statistics.

According to the stats, my new story (in the sig - plug plug) have had 13 views.

But it have recieved 18 ratings.

Huh? I've heard of other kinds of weirdness like removed spoof votes and whatnots, but that's just spooky.

Votes are updated immediately on your stats page, views are only updated two or three times a day. There's nothing too terribly spookie about it.

Ice, I think (which is rare, so don't quote me on this) the stats for views on stories are only updated two to three times a day. However, when someone votes on a story, that vote is logged on our view/submissions page almost immediately.

So, you could've had somwhere in the region of 200 views, with 18 votes, but the stats for that haven't been updated yet. Like I said, I could well be wrong, it's just one theory.
