It's like drinking cold stale brew left over from last night when you know you want the special latte with that fancy creme heart your barista makes for only you at the corner shop.

I was wondering the same of you. You sit alone, only people other than me keep you company, only because you choose not to show how much you want me and take what you need. It's like I've been thrown in a midnight blizzard, the flakes coating my skin only to be melted by tears. I only have the small puffs of my breath to warm me, will you save me with your warm words, or will everything about me slowly freeze over, including my heart.
