Soon, Sally learns that not just her co workers, but also her boss, all frequent this site. They refuse to believe that Sally did not post the profile, and start pestering her...

This reminds me of a story I wrote but never posted. In it, the girl was being blackmailed by a mostly benevolent stranger after he discovered some naught pics she had taken during a moment of indiscretion.

Sally would probably be concerned about her reputation and her job after this kind of mistaken identity.

Many traditional religious beliefs require women to be submissive and sexually conservative. So it would be interesting if Sally is secretly bi-curious and dominant. She could become angry at her roomate and the ensuing punishment/submission could escalate into a lesbian dominance kind of thing.
