Did you know that there are only two genes for eye color? Blue and Brown. Everything else, including green, is simply a blending of the two genes. There is no gene for green eyes.
Brown is dominant. It takes two blue genes to make a blue. A brown and a blue cannot make a blue. However, if you have brown eyes, you could carry a recessive gene for blue eyes, and that, coupled with your partner's blue gene can make a blue-eyed baby.

I like Green Eyes.
Mine are 'hazel' on my driver's license, but actually, they're brown toward the pupil, and green around the edges, and the percentage of green-to-brown changes with the seasons, like the Martian polar caps.

I once found a decapitated body on the rooftop of a building in Norfolk I was getting ready to repel off of. For some reason, I found that interesting.
I also was arrested once for spelunking in the sewer tunnels of the new apartment complex going up. They detained me because I didn't have the receipt for the caving helmet I was wearing at the time and couldn't prove I owned it.

Siren, green eyes are a mix of the brown and blue genes. As is hazel. If you'll notice, there are a lot of different levels of hazel, from almost brown to almost green. My eyes, for instance are, besides blood shot at the moment, brown in the center, and green at the ends.
