Some stories I've always enjoyed but....

I need help finding them. I've been hunting and hunting.

First one is a best friend story I believe. I don't remember everything. Biggest things I remember are that they were at their senior ball, had snuck out to have some fun in the bathroom or such, and the building collapses on the rest of the senior class, killing everyone but those two. They are buried in the rubble, but he is tapping Sos or some metal with the ring on his finger. I remember the class was supposed to go to Disney world after graduation, and the two survivors tell the parents to go in their kids stead. I'm pretty sure this one is in romance, but it could be elsewhere.

There was another similar one where again, best friends are soul mates. I remember them getting in a crash, he protected her. I also remember that each time the paramedics try to separate their hands, for anything, they both start to flatness until they are holding hands again. This may be the same story as above, but something tells me no.

Another one is a really old one, one of the first I read. It's a small story about a guy who is afraid to fall in love, because he has a God forsaken talent of telling when two people are soul mates. He's friends with a lady owner of a diner, and always has her meatloaf. The girl in question becomes a waitress, then like head chef.

And the last is a bunch in a series of a family, named Wolfe. I remember a Gabriel, and Xandria. A lot of the main characters are dancers, mostly ballet. It's like 10 different stories, all connected to this one family.

Any help finding these stories would be much appreciated. I've been hunting for the first two stories for the last 2 hours or so. And it's getting really annoying that I can't remember more.

Update

So, I found Natalie thanks to hotcappucino. And I stumbled on the second story. And found out that the Wolfe series was done by Brightlyiburn, who has taken them down due to plagiarism.

I still need help with the first one. I have been hunting and hunting. I've remembered a bit more: it's set in Florida, and I believe the main characters are athletes with the same name, first or last, I'm not sure. I think it might be last, cause they were known as the Evans or something like that. I also know that his dog found them in the rubble. I believe it was a multi-chapter story. And I've checked most of my favorite authors that I can remember. (I never used to hit the favorite button. Only recently started using my actual account. Lol) I want to say that she was valedictorian before the accident.

Please everyone. It's really bugging me that I can't find this story. I've been hunting for weeks. I will update again if I remember anything new. Thank you again.
