If ever you want to 'hypnotize' a woman, try getting someone with a voice like Barry White, Ricardo Montalban, or Richard Basehart...not someone who has either a sinus cold on the way, or - most importantly has never handled a microphone in his life before !
I'm sure you folks are trying.....how'z about instead of having the author read, engage someone with a "telephone voice"?
It would prove to be most beneficial to both you; the listeners & most probably your sponsors!
