Some maybe good news.

When I got home from work today I noticed a change in my neighbors Trailer. (Yes the trailer of he neighbor from hell that some don't believe in.) There is a for sale sign in her front window.

This can be good and bad news. Good news in that she plans on leaving, and bad news that we have no idea what we'll get as new neighbors if she sells the place. (I have no idea how much they are asking.)

That means the places on both sides of me are for sale now. (I have no worries about the place on lot #5. The place is a palace so I know they are asking a lot for it. Lot #7 on the other hand. Well I know they have been doing some work inside it, but they still haven't done anything to fix the roof.)

If I had the money I would buy the place, fix it and sell it.

Now what I would love is if the place is sold, and the new owners get a new trailer for that lot. (It's large enough for a doublewide.) If that happens then I'm going to do some salvaging. There are two nice ceiling fans inside, and three of the window shutters are the right size to replace some of my older beat up shutters. (Give me half an hour and I'll be happy.)

Now I have a Pony Tail.

I'm still just as ugly and still remind people why they fear the dark.

Oh I can only hope for Bikini Models, but with my luck,,,,,,,,
