"Solar Geoengineering" = The idea is to deliberately put particulates into the atmosphere blocking sunlight and reflecting it back into space before it reaches the Earth’s surface and thereby lowering the global temperature. Like a volcanic expolsion.

I agree. I sort of think photosynthesis might be important.

I say sell the low-lying areas to Deplorables who do not believe that the sea levels are rising. Give 'em a helluva deal.

I also think this is the likely result. Too much time has passed. Sadly, alarmists don't want to acknowledge the possibility of geoengineering for fear it will disincentivize action on emissions.
