This was actually the debate on a TV show a few weeks ago (strangely enough).
They came to the conclusion that it wasnt a legitimate fetish.
But if there is one thing you need to know about TV, its that it cant always be taken seriously, even though it seemed like a serious debate lol.

It's not too many unless you have over 500 pairs. If you're a guy you are only allowed 8 pairs, even counting work boots, slippers, and the old sneakers you use to mow the lawn.
