I want more stories that take place in a society, in which sex in done publicly and between everyone. Family members, neighbors, schools, anywhere. Similar to Tabootopia or a secret island state like that or whatever.

Anyone knows more stories like that?

For drama, while society at large promotes pansexual orgies and incest, some despised rebels seek only exclusive one-on-one matings with a special friend, not family. The straight vanilla 'queers' live as an underground subculture, with code words, safe houses, and constant fear of discovery by inquisitors.

Sexual Intercourse, Inc. (“we” or the “Company”) is a Missouri Corporation formed on May 3, 1957. We are the parent of Sexual Enjoyment and X-tacy (also referred to as “SEX”), a Delaware Corporation that franchises and operates SEX themed businesses, principally under the Sexual Enjoyment® brand (also referred to as the “Brand”). We are the world’s largest purveyor of solitary and interpersonal intimacy, as measured by total number of orgasms reported. As of December 31, 2019, we owned or franchised a total of 7,674,837,072 operating units in 195 countries, of which 1,295,651 were Company owned Sexbot Companions® contracted to government agencies, and 7,673,541,421 were owned by our franchisees.

During our more than 60 years of operating history, we have developed an assortment of cost-efficient practices that are designed to appeal to every human being on earth. Our business model offers customers an acceptable level of general physical satisfaction and stress relief at affordable prices. We generate revenues from three sources: (1) retail leases by company employees of Sexbot Companions® ; and (2) franchise revenues, consisting primarily of royalties based on a percentage of sexual activity as reported by franchisees; and (3) franchise fees paid by franchisees upon successful completion of puberty.

We also derive an ever-increasing source of revenue from Fantasy® brand intellectual properties that we lease or sublease to our franchisees. Our current franchisees have a higher percentage of thematic leasing than franchisees in any previous decade, and we expect this trend to continue. While leasing by our major competitor in the general satisfaction and stress relief category, Silly Cat Videos on YouTube, appears to be falling.

We believe that our extremely high percentage of franchisees provides us with a strategic advantage because the capital required to grow and maintain the Sexual Enjoyment® system is funded primarily by franchisees. Our franchise dominated business model also presents a number of drawbacks and risks, such as our limited control over franchisees and limited ability to facilitate changes in trope ownership. Our operating results are closely tied to the success of our franchisees, and we are dependent on franchisees to produce new franchisees as part of our growth strategy.

Our History

Our history dates back more than a half-century, having been founded in 1957 when William Masters and Virginia Johnson opened the first Sexual Enjoyment X-perience unit in Saint Louis Missouri. The Female Orgasm® which was introduced in 1957 proved to be one of the fastest growing product lines of all time. After successful test marketing in Massachusetts, on June 26, 2015, in Obergefell Ohio, we completed the first new Two Men Have an Orgasm® unit. Future business plans include a rollout of The Family Plan Orgasm Experience® which is currently being test marketed in an undisclosed location.

Our Industry

We operate in the category of the quick service segment of the general stress relief industry. In North America, Europe, and Australia, this is the largest segment of the industry and has demonstrated steady growth over a long period of time. According to The NOOKIE Group, Inc., which prepares and disseminates CUM® data, our sales have grown at an annual rate of 3% over the past 10 years, totaling approximately $US 1,240 billion for the 12-month period ended December 2020 and sales are projected to increase at an annual rate of 3% between 2020 and 2021.

According to The NOOKIE Group, Inc., our category is the largest category in the general stress relief segment, generating sales of $69.8 billion in the United States, Canada, Australia, and Europe for the 12-month period ended December 2020, representing 29% of total stress relief sales. According to The NOOKIE Group, Inc., sales for the category are expected to increase at an average rate of 4% per year in these four markets over the next five years.
