Honestly, there are all kinds of stories that can be generated by a pandemic and quarantine.

With the mom working crazy hours at the hospital, the day care being closed, the dad working from home, and her school closed, the babysitter was happy to come over to make some money watching the little one.

Let's say, a water park doesn't shut down entirely as it should, but decides to accept select few guests at prearranged times, who use the opportunity to go nude. I think just about any "snowed in at the cabin" story could be turned into a quarantine/ pandemic story.
The board games sparked some interest. After playing Monopoly for the fourth time, Dad decides to make it a little interesting when Mom landed on his property and couldn't pay. "Tell you what, take off your shirt and I'll give you $1000."
The next game, Mom has the upper hand. She offers Dad $1000 if he takes off his pants. Daughter checks out Dad's boner tenting his boxers.
Slowly, but surely, things progress.
