Absolutely agree it could/would be creepy to do, but liquid courage in some circumstances could help. I was traveling internationally recently and was at a club. I think if I would have approached and offered a beautiful woman $20, I could have succeeded. That said, I also could have ended up in a very bad place if I offended the local culture!
