had a bunch of heavy rain on and off the past two days, some thunderstorming, but we're all good. Seeing pics online of flooding and mega collisions due to snow, just wondering how ya'll (well, most of you) are doing.

I had about a 1/4 inch of ice covering my car. Ended up missing the new Uncharted movie because it took me 45 minutes to get the ice off my windows.

I went surfing this morning and I'll be snowboarding later this week in fresh powder. SoCal is weird.

Water's up, but not sure if it will flood yet. Might be close.

Downside is I gotta block dumbass Mellow's rule violating AV again.

If my house floods, all y'all are in a heap of trouble because I'm +200 m above sea level.

I'm about 370' ASL, but my road at 340 or so floods.

+635' MSL
On a bluff over the river, no worries. More ice/snow to come...

I could use a little more snow. And, the temperature to drop 10°F.

Storm Dudley took the door off our greenhouse and another panel. I will have to buy a couple of sheets of perspex to replace them.

ice on the roads here. officially a snow day. i will be making soup and studying from home.

When you work from home, you don't get snow days unless the power goes out.🥶

The third storm was named Franklin. The next one will be Gladys. Where do they get these names from? A 1930s baby name book?

Snowed like a bastard here this morning. We had two trucks stuck in the middle of the yard and an 18 tonner slid sideways and took out two of the office staff's cars.

burn the furniture (or someone elses)
we were real close
No pagans for neighbors?

They always have a nice firepit.
sorry, no one close with a fire pit. close to the end of day 2, rolling backouts started. about 2-3 hours on, 2-3 off.

welcome to Texas! the energy capital of the World! as long as the World doesn't bring a polar vortex to the entire state!
