I know the feeling well. We were supposed to wait until after my graduation last weekend, put I jumped the gun.

Me? I'm waiting for my son's plane to land, then we're off to the cottage for the Canada Day & July 4th Combo Long Weekend.

He's bringing a few of his girls; they jet out late saturday; mine arrive saturday, so cannonball competition, big bbq, fireworks etc for the overlap period.

I was like that! Recently especially. When Applebee's came out with their new "Cheeseburger eggrolls" I instantly knew I had to make them. I even perfected the dipping sauce they come with!
