Of course there's no new election. Conceding is an acknowledgement that the American people have the final say on their leaders, but there's nothing in law that requires it.

It's never been talked about before now because we've never had a wannabe dictator as a major party nominee.

Yup. The plethora of court challenges will start on 9 Nov 2016. Various courts will rule in various ways on if and how ballots should be counted. SCOTUS may insert itself again to throw the election -- but to who? Nothing is final until electors cast their votes on "the first Monday after the second Wednesday in December". That's 19 Dec 2016, the day Congress shuts down and Obama can start making 2-year recess appointments.

Polls I look at have Billy's wife winning at a minimum 279 electoral college votes. At a minimum!
Maybe a couple of states it could be close like the Bush/Dole hanging chad in Florida incident but the courts will settle that. He can bitch all he likes if it is the projected landslide, won't do him any good.
