I like tomato, lettuce, a thick onion slice, hot peppers, bbq sauce and ketchup.

Bottom bun, hamburger (I prefer ground buffalo cooked with minced garlic and black pepper and sometimes either a little soy sauce or Worchestershire), ketchup, mustard, tomato, several onion slices, lettuce, top bun (sometimes with a thin layer of mayo)

Cheese is always welcome.

Cheese, Bacon, and a little ketchup. I also like a lettuce leaf or two and a slice of tomato. I don't like a lot of mustard or mayp, because they tend to drip onto me, and I don't like pickles or onions because I can rarely bite clean through them with the way my teeth are shaped. I don't like barbecue sauce on anything, I think it overpowers the flavor. As for egg, that could be good, but I would probably want to abandon the bacon or cheese with such a combination.

ketchup, mustard (or honey mustard), mayo/ miracle whip, cheese, lettuce, tomato, avocado, onion (sauted onions are great).. pineapple and teriyaki sauce when the mood strikes.
