I miss you when you're gone, Ami...

I'll be damned if I know why...the only thing we agree on is the beauty of the female form...but I do...

Hmmm...I have not known you to talk in riddles before...interesting....

intended as a compliment was what I said, perhaps misunderstood? Your views on a rational and objective vision of life are always a pleasure to me.

[SIZE=-1]psst... hey, ami... over here:
(v.) to enervate:
1. To reduce strength or energy; debilitate.
2. To weaken morally or mentally;
3. To unnerve or faze.
(Medical): To partially or completely remove a nerve.

(i think you might have meant "energizing" or "intriguing"...?)

Hey, Ami, glad to have you back! It's good to see you! :)
And I'm glad you're back up here with the moss and the trees and the banana slugs - there's nothing like writing in the rain :) :) :)

Hillary Clinton became President and began a new era of pacificism. Tony Blair was also replaced by a female Prime Minister, who was voted in just because she's a lesbian.

Most men began wearing dresses and skirts as a sign of deference to their new female leaders.

Misogyny became a crime punishable by firing squad, while the penalty for sexism and homophobia was raised to 100 lashes.

It was discovered that marijuana actually stimulates brain cell growth, rather than killing the cells off.

Elvis made a live tv appearance to prove that he is actually alive, and had just been living in a council house in Chipping Sodbury all these years.

Bill Gates confessed that he's actually from another planet, and is trying to enslave the world by getting Microsoft technology into every home.

And I wrote a really cool lesbian vampire story

Welcome back, Amicus :rose:

Oh, my God, Quince and Roxanne, I think I have never actually used the word, 'enervating' before, I actually spelled it with two 'n's' but the script didn't like it so I dropped an 'n'. and it worked without a little red squiggle.

And I see and acknowledge it was the totally wrong word to express my feelings for roxelby and do herewith an forthewith admit ignorance and failure, (what the hell else could I do, been drawn and quartered)

Hell of a re-entrance to make, crapola.

Guess that means I won't be gettin into Roxey's pants anytime soon, Quince has a boyfriend, Yui is no where around and I didn't get a whole lot of offers for bed partners in a recent thread.\

However, a few comely lasses in the near vicinity have ooohed and awhed, "You have a book in our little Library...?" grins...so, the pickins here aren't slim, although somewhat limited.

thus the amicus saunters on down the road...

thanks quince....

amicus who can indeed make an error...

Welcome back ami... Other than Xmas I don't think you missed a lot... Mind you I've only just got back myself

AMI!

Glad to have you back.

And just 'tween you and me, while I'm not disputing Quince, I have a hunch the word you meant to use was:

INNERVATE: stimulate to action; "innervate a muscle or a nerve"

Yup, that's what I thought, too... ;)

Welcome back, Ami--He Who Can Make a Mistake... :D

:rose:

To answer your question:

ME! (Of course you missed me, who wouldn't? ;) )

Welcome back Amicus. Certainly missed YOU. :rose:

Rumple you sly ole dog you....you allow me to at least soothe my wounded pride and ego as I do recall having the word in mind, typing 'inner...' and then feeling it was incorrect, changing it to 'enn...' which was also incorrect.

much appreciated and the welcome back also....thank you!

well thanks, Pop....and welcome back yourself...it seems a very long time since I have seen you onboard....there was an illness involved if I recall...last summer sometime?

glad you are okay...

amicus..

Well, my sense of time is pretty non-existent, so i have no idea just when you left, what had happened than, or what went down while you were gone.

So what did you miss? Stuff.

But hi. And welcome back.

Hunh, I'd never heard the word "innervate" before.
I may not learn something new *every* day, but I do try to be open to all possibilities ;)

- Quince, flattered at even a mild implication of indisputability :)

Aw, Ami, you are very sweet and special to me, too; and I'm very glad to see you back :) :) :)

As to maybe fooling around some time...
Ya know, I never particularly cared for "I Gotta Brand New Pair of Roller Skates..." that much (I think it was that high pitch).
How about instead we go for Buddy Holly's "I'm Gonna Love You, Too?" ;) ;) ;)

You've been gone......

No wonder it's been so nice around here..... except for those two alt's that came around fr a few days and then disappeared.....

Welcome back Ami....
