So Trom, tell me about the vineyards!

This is a motivational thread for Trom, who tends to slack when it comes to story research. I started this thread because apparently thread-jacking is fine in any thread on the Lit forums, just not when involving the beloved Transformers movie.

I love ya, buddy. :p

Ok ok, hint taken.

I'm above hints. So above hints that I'm blatantly telling you to stop playing video games, masturbating (unless you can research vineyards in Napa with your hand on your dick, but that's your business), turn the damn television off (that shit will rot your brain anyway) and get writing.

Hey, Valentine. Want some help doing your homework? I'm real good at reasearch...

lol, you would think I would know stuff about my own area, but no. :p I'm trying to figure out sights in the Bay Area you would take someone who's visiting for the first time and are romantically interested in. So far I've stated Napa, Santa Cruz, and San Francisco, but my partner in crime wants more details. Nag that she is. ;)

Ah. You mean specifics like shopping at Fisherman's Warf or Chinatown or Ghirardelli Square? Riding the cable cars or going sailing about the bay? Taking in an outdoor concert at Golden Gate Park? A quiet stroll through the Redwood Forest? Lunch at Yang Sing the famous Dim Sung Restaurant? Drinks and jazz at beatnic Vesuvio's? Dinner at Berkeley's Chez Penisse, and a breakfast of French hot chocolate and pancakes at La Note....

;) Told you I was good at research. I also really, really, really like San Francisco!

You are a goddess. :D

They were all really good suggestions, except the Redwoods are way way too far away. It'd take a day just to get there. I would have included Tahoe too, which is actually closer. lol, Ari's actually refering to my lack of knowledge regarding Vineyards, but I filled in the blanks.

This is kind of an outside-the-box suggestion, but visiting Alcatraz is a pretty cool thing to do.

I liked it, anyway. :p
