Apparently, the underground trade in stolen Lego is worth hundreds of thousands of dollars.
In 2011, global Lego theft topped $1M.
It's such a problem that Lego delivery trucks in Europe are now being followed by security guards.

But I was once in the stolen Lego market. Mostly Star Wars kits.
