It was mandatory for nurses and other hospital personnel. It helped you to identify the stressors in your life, and how to deal with them. I was amazed that I had so many hidden stressors that somehow came up once I was in a group with other people.
It reminded me of Lit in a way, in that some of the conversations became a debate, what with so many different personalities there. I left the class with more knowledge in how to react to the things that stress me, some are quick solutions just to get you back in control, others require long term committment.
Do you know what or who the stressors are in your life? How do handle them? I like the idea of taking yoga, I'm going to look into that.
