Good luck red_rose....Makes me glad I've never so much as tried a cigarette...and I set enough fires by accident that I really don't need to do it on purpose...However for a really cool fire put some metallic in your microwave...the sparks are cool....Of course if you actually want to use it again I wouldn't recommend it....

My best friend likes to carry lighters even though he never smokes anything other than the occasional clove once in a blue moon. I like them myself. If I'm going to get cancer, I at least want it from something that tastes like a danish wedding cookie.

The reason why he carries the lighter though is to perform this very odd trick. First he holds the lighter up againt his closed fist with the button down. Then he hits the wheel and sends a spark into his fist before turning up his open palm and letting the flame shoot out of it. He says it doesn't hurt.
