I use Trillian. It communicates to MSN, ICQ, AIM, & YAHOO.

There is a chat program called Trillian.. That rocks all others!
Although I use a seperate yahoo mess. program to make use of the web cam, chat and iminviroments features.

But it combines ICQ, MSN and AIM along with Yahoo all in one. It's too damn sweet!

Trillian doesn't have it's own server. You have to have an account with each one. The actual interface gives you a different icon for each person on your lists. It really works, check it out.

I actually like Yahoo a little better than ICQ. I haven't even downloaded ICQ again since I wiped my system. I don't know if Yahoo still has the "Last Shot" IMvironment. I used to like that one a lot.

I think I like MSN and AIM best. Like MSN's icons. LOL AIM is cool though for picture sending. ICQ I like because I can have a visible/invisible list. Would be nice to be invisible on MSN at times....

You can "appear offline" on msn..... click on your name at the top where it says "My status" and choose appear offline.

You can't send or receive any messages then, but you can change it if someone you want to talk with comes online.

I know I can appear offline on MSN, but that requires me having to turn it to Online if someone comes on. The person I don't feel like speaking to may still be online... I like that ICQ has the visibile list thing. I can be online and people I put on that list can see me, but not others.

I actully like ICQ alot. Just for the fact that you can leave people messages when they aren't on. Yahoo still does have the Long Shot IMViroment as well. But I still like AIM and ICQ for how easy they are to use.
