So how many alt families do you think are here?

How many people actually post here regularly? I'm thinking maybe 6 or 7 people account for 90% of the accounts here.
 
Alt families... have to say this is the first I've ever heard the term.

I'm not an expert. I only come here to express my socio-political beliefs and only notice the goings on out of the corner of my eye. That said, I'm thinking, for starters:

The Rory/BBS/Cade group is one family

The Nipples group is a family

SeanH and Busybody/Eyer could be a family (yes, on a limb on that one but it goes back to something Sean wrote when I first was coming here about four or five years ago that could indicate some connection)

Wok/Mike Yates/JamesBJohnson and relatives could be another group

Some have suggested that Perg is Ulaven DeMorte and Merc14, and I think Richard Daily is somehow connected, and maybe all this Luke stuff which I don't pay attention to

Karen/Ken and Ellie Talbot and relatives

I'm not sure how Sunny fits in to this, but probably has a family as well.

Yet, on the other hand, I have this dark suspicion that they could really all be one person, which would be about the sickest thing I've ever heard but it wouldn't surprise me.
