An update,

This morning I went to the front office to ask if anyone had complained about a lack of water pressure. No one had. Several people though had complained about my threading vines through a gap in the Hedge behind my place. (People have been using this gap as a shortcut from the park to the main road.)

I informed the front office that if the vines were taken down I would put in a section of fencing to block this gap, I wa tired of them using my yard as a shortcut. Well it turns out that one of the people complaining is the head of the local Home Owners Association. (To which I do not belong.) He likes to walk his dogs through here and let them shit in my yard, then complains that there is dog Shit in my yard. I was also informed that he haas complained that my cats being on my patio enrages is dogs and he has a hard time controlling them.

My answwer to the office was highly typical of me. I told them that if people wanted to cut across my yard they could give me their addresses so I could dump my trash in their yards. As for the Leader of the Homeowners I informed them he could keep his dogs off my yard, or I would go up to his place and shit in his yard. As for his dogs being enraged by my cats, I had a good cure for that. Either he keeps them off my lawn or I could stir fry them.

I haven't heard anything fro the front office yet.

I spent the day rearranging my Mom's sewing room so that I could store the DVD's, computer games and books there that I don't want to leave out in the shed, subject to temp extremes and/or moisture.

I'll let the clothes and dishes and stuff go in the shed. Priorities, man. Books & DVD's before clothing.

I had some soreness and a couple of scrapes to deal with from the prior day, but my way of getting them was more fun. Spent a few hours playing outfield and throwing batting practice for the little league team. (we have winter ball in sunny SoCal.) I'm really gonna miss that...

I can identify with the plumbing thing... was just a few weeks ago I fixed a broken toilet valve only to have the line going in start leaking in the middle of the night... ended up having the plumber fix that. Figured I'd screwed it up once... (he told me it wasn't me though... just an old part subjected to new pressures because I fixed the leak inside. I did everything fine. Cost me $ but made me feel better about my "he-man uses tools" cred...)

I spent a lot!!!

I spent like crazy on Monday.... Had to fund a Vodka chug-a-lug for the office staff so I could explain Veterns Day and WW1 (they only talk about the Great Patriotic War here...WWII).... That was (all values are converted at todays exchange rate...) $161.62.

But the problem with that was I drank too much vodka... (judgment impaired territory)... and then had to go get a birthday gift for my 21 y/o lesbian stripper friend... (there is a "safety tip" here... but I digress...) I was looking for something reasonable but, judgment impaired, went for the Sony Digital Camera.... CHING.... $242.42.. gift wrapped.. $4.69.

Then the obligatory odd numbers of roses... $15.35...

Then I arrived at the strip club where.. .in the back room, she was having her birthday party... food, vodka, food, vodka... all her friends (except her g/f Olga the Invincable, thank goodness)(Question here... I understand being attracted to women... I certainly am.... but why would a woman who is attracted to women (aka "lesbian") be attracted to a woman who looks like a man???) (I am just not getting this.... ) (but I digress parenthetically again)

So.... several toasts, and at least as many shots of vodka/beer chasers later... the boss lady gives her a few thousand rubles.. so Magnanimous KC feels compelled to do the same. I reach in the depleting pocket and lay out them old 1000 rubles notes…..(the birthday person "pays" for the party here) so........ $202.02.

At some point I realize I needed to go home and sleep this all off.... despite being the only guy with 10 gorgeous (and mostly bi-sexual) young, drinking women.... well.. walking was problematic so fucking was decidedly out of the question because I had no money left to buy Viagra or anything….

I found $5 in ruble change for the taxi.. but that just about did it....

So... THAT is what I spent today... (well yesterday or something.. I am still a little buzzed.....)

oh. you mean... What did I do today?.... Never mind. But I guess you know that too.
