Who out there lives in an area with snow? We have had a very mild winter here in Montreal with very little snow (very bizarre). On Monday we had a storm with big heavy flakes. Now everything has snow painted up one side and nothing on the other. The trees are all LOADED with snow. It's absolutely beautiful and it made me wonder if most people live with snow or not. Do you want to ever see it or can easily do without?

It snows here in Ohio, but I could easily do without.

Rather move someplace warm, and go up in the mountains when I have a yearning for it.

I chose 'Would like to experience it someday'. Even though I have actually seen snow a few times, I have never lived in a climate as cold as that.
My SO has never even seen snow, its one of his dreams to see it one day.

I stopped doing that shit when I was a teenager. Just leads to a dead end, man. It wrecks people's lives. I steer clear of it at all costs.

It rarely snows where I live in Oregon. So, when we do get snow it's nice to have it around for a few days to play in it and enjoy the beautiful scenery it brings.
I prefer warm weather and sunshine any day though.

Can you imagine a whole forest covered in snow? lol

Snowplains in Michigan. I ahve been living with snow and cold all my life.
Funny thing about living in a snow area. you can always spot a driver, who has never driven on ice, a mile away.
Makes on wonder sometimes LOL

It's ok

I like it when it first snows.
After that it gets grey and slushy.
Then it's just a pain in the ass!:)

I live in an area where winter last 7 months. I freaking hate snow!!! I'm so tired of it, even though we had a mild winter this year too. But the couple of major snow storms we did have, made up for it.

I could live without it, I never want to see it!

Putting on coats boots and gloves everytime you want to walk out the door, shovelling for hours on end, cleaning your car off when you get out of work, and scraping during ice storms is NOT fun!!! Trust me! :(

I'll take hot 100 degree temp's everyday, anyday!! It's never too hot for me! :p

You mean like the guy in the sports car that passes you doing about 70 when you're crawling at about 30 because you know it's slick? I hate those people, but I usually laugh because I pass them later on down the road in the ditch.

I too live in Michigan, about an hour south of Traverse City and altho most of the snow is now gone, I don't miss it, but we've had our share....

There are two things in life I can live without....

sneezing and snow!

I'm not sure which is worse

I think I hate them both equally!

I would dare to say sneezing takes less time to shovel, unless you have a really bad sinus infection!

On the other side living in Ohio, I like snow at Christmas, the rest of the year it can go back to bieng 80 degress;)

Yeah those are the ones Roxie. I live in Big Rapids about an hour north of Grand Rapids. And I see so many FL people or others from down south who acts totally stupid in icyu weather. Plus I have pulled about a dusin out of the ditch this year alone with my old truck.

Touchay (I KNOW this is spelled wrong but I can't find the e with the accent.)

It just looks so great outside that I was glad we had it but that sh** can be a pain in the ass!! lol Last winter was horrible. Snowed twice a week for 11 weeks!!

I still don't think I could live without it though. When it starts to warm up, and it looks like the winter is over, a sense of euphoria spreads thoughout and damn if the women don't start dressing fiiiine. lol

Snow here in Washington never lasts long enough to warrant shoveling. :D

Did I mention I hate sneezing and snow? ;)

One of the funniest things huh..............

I live in southwestern PA and we have snow most of the times but the past fews years have been pretty mild.......I live at the base of the Laurel Mts. funny how weather can be fine here and you go to the top or the others side and .Bang white out.......

I like most Pittsburghers bitch about the snow and the cold but will never move from here...................I love the burgh:)

Living in the UP is great if you like snow. I like snow, but don't like shoveling it. That's for the hubby and the kid! I actually like driving in it,too.

I live in the desert, about 2000' below the snow line. Deerts don't get a whole lot aof any kind of precipitation, but Mt Charleston got 5" of snow yesterday evening. I've got snow available for when I suffer from temporary insanity. :p
