I just read a story 2 weeks ago and can’t find it now. I have run through all of the combinations on the search engines. The way I originally found it was as follows

The premise of the story is babysitter is home alone. Parents are out of the country, neighbors hire him, he goes through their closet, crossdresses in wife’s clothes, finds a box of toys. Uses them and takes selfies. Then doesn’t realize he is on hidden camera. Husband gets pissed, works for a drug company developing “liquid” mtf drug. Sitter is tricked into drinking the drug.
