I am not sure I would change anything. I am already taking care of anything that needs improvement.
If I really had to chose, do they make chins a bit smaller? Could they send a few cms off the tip of my chin?

Depending on how you look at it, I'm either beyond hope or already perfect. I can't imagine a plastic surgery that wouldn't end up making me look worse.
The only cosmetic surgery that I've considered is LASIK, but my pupils are slightly more that 6mm in diameter--so I'm likely to experience glare and/or fogging on the perimeters. In addition, I'm extremely nearsighted to the tune of 20/300 and 20/400. There are often problems associated with such extreme correction. In other words, I'm not a good candidate for this surgery at this point. Perhaps in a few years after they improve the techniques.

My mother in law had liposuction and a breast reduction a couple of years ago.. She "lost" alot of weight.. but she didn't look like what she wanted.. (she wasn't her pre baby teen age size
) She had expected miracles.. it didn't happen. Yesterday she was wearing stretch pants and an oversized shirt.. her pre surgery clothes.. I believe she is back up to her original weight.. maybe more.

There's room for improvement in the shape of my nose, but I wouldn't let anyone goof with it, I wouldn't want my sinuses getting worse.
