The problem here is the rules are very specific and you're gonna have a hard time justifying all of that stuff. You can probably get away with the put to death part just keep sex far away from it and you should sail through happily. The zoo part might be a sticking point. Mostly because zoos are traditionally a place where you take children and you may have to REALLY hammer home that this is an adult establishment.
