Yes I did post part of this the other day.

I know how I'm gonna start and how I'm gonna finish but I can't get my head round how to get from A to C.

There's so much meat in the first part of the story that I'd personally be inclined to flush it out into it's own story proper. There's this great interplay of taboo between the mother teasing her own adult son, and the son dealing with his arousal for his mother.

In advancing the story thread as you described it, part of the missing puzzle has to do with the character of the son (even as something based on real life experience, you have to think of all the people invovled as characters, since the reader isn't going to be concerned over what is real and what is fiction). Even in the short bit we have so far, we have a reasonable thumbnail of the mother character -a single woman (divorced? widowed?) who is enjoying her freedom and her sexuality. But, with the son, we know very little. For the story to follow through, we have to have some little understanding of what motivates him -what is the turning point in his life that compells him to turn private fixation into real action?

Blackmail might be one road to follow, but considering that she's already out and active, it might be easier for him to come up with a set up. Already familiar with her clubbing habits, perhaps the son conspires with an associate to try and pick her up -the action that follows is covertly taped (thus, blackmail? though it'd be an interested scene to have the son masturbate while watching this sex tape of her mother), and perhaps in the course of this affair, she is introduced to drugs -the addiction to which gradually compells her to these filthy actions, and to which the son could act the role of pusher.
