I think that's a great deal of the hook -it's not just that she's dressing sexy, but in the kind of obvious and vulgar way that she'd get mistaken for a hooker. It speaks to a kind of hidden insecurity on her part that she's so desirous for the sexual attention of men that she gets aroused and excited from teasing her own adult sun.

The trick is obviously in finding a way to resolve the story. It may not lead to an actual sexual encounter, but I'd have to think that the stakes between the two characters would have to be risen to a certain point that something significant happens.
