Update on the responses from my post:

Out of the six applications, I had two candidates that seemed to qualify. They applied and they both were anixious to begin. I communicated with them for a little bit. They both seemed were very educated, intelligent, wrote well and very sexual. One enjoyed performing tasks and took pictures of herself doing so.

But, lasting was not to be the case. To be honest, I found that many times these online type of "relations" don't last very long. Either the woman thinks twice about it and decides it's not for her, or they end up not being consistent in their tasks, being simply irresponsible.
