Slow and steady incest story...

I've been trying to write a story based on the idea of a family that gradually moves into a loving incestuous situation, with eventually a lot of playful domination, humiliation, and bondage, and I'm trying to develop it gradually. I want the fact that they all love each other to come through even when it's getting into the domination part, though that comes mostly later.
