Sleeping on a night flight

I rarely ever do. Makes the next day awfully long.

I'm bad at that too. I got married overseas and, in order to sleep on my way there, I took three Benadryl. Except I didn't fall asleep. So I was miserable. For days.

I got married here. I was miserable for years.

I can't sleep in a car when someone else is driving let alone a plane going 900 mph.

They could fly me places but getting my work-truck and tools there would be a problem. I have learned to like the drive. Plus I can always get there before they expect me and have a paid vacation day on their dime.

I hate going to sleep. I always have. I suppose I do sleep. I just don't like it.
