Sleeping Naked...

Yeah. So sleeping naked. I read in Cosmo that doing that will help you to become more comfortable with your body and become a more sensual person. I've been doing it for a couple of weeks now. It is addicting. What do you all think?

I used to sleep bundled up like a baby, then I got married and now I stay naked as much as I can. I could be a nudist I beleive. It is so sexy and free. I love it.

But back to your question , yes I would assume it would make you feel more comfortable ... since you are naked and you can not really hide ... well you could hide under the sheets ... but I think one does become used to it after doing it for some time.

Its a summer thing for me ... when it get so hot ... that my pjs stick to my body ...... summer rules !!!

I sleep more often than not in the nude. I can see how it might effect the way you view your body.

Sensuality manifests itself in the mind. But, there's no way in hell I'd expect a Cosmo writer to understand that.
