help, I am a little oblivious about slang terms.

What is a doughnut? other than the food. I did a google search and I can't find a sexual reference.

Thanks, I was wondering about this myself... in The Offspring song "Spare Me the Details" the first line is:
"My girlfriend, my dumb donut, went to a party just the other day".
I hadn't heard the term used in this way before, is it common?
