Im 18 years old, and wondering if i am below average size.

what is the average anyway? 5-7 inches?

cause i guess im only around 5

Ladies, you should be able to answer this question of mine, is it absolute size that matters or size relative to the size of the body?

Some say that size doesn't matter. It matters a tad bit. I used to date someone who quite literally had a two inch erection. Sex was bland, as the standard fare was something I couldn't even feel, and he wasn't in to foreplay, or touching during sex.

I dated someone who had a nine inch erection. It was directly after dating the man with the two inch erection, and quite frankly his penis scared me at first. Sex was bland. I could certainly feel him more inside myself, but it is more of a feeling of pressure when a man is inside a woman, not a feeling of stimulation, as you would feel when something is touching the clitoris. He fucked like a timid little boy, slowly and almost uncertainly. I don't think that he ever once worked himself up to orgasm.

I dated someone who had a six inch erection, but was quite literally as thick as a pop can (well, almost). I took one look at it and told him that I was not doing anything with him in bed. I felt bad for it later, but at the time felt that I was saving myself from some horrible fate.

My husband has been my best lover. He has a six and a half inch penis, that is I suppose an inch and a half wide. He came to me a virgin, and I had the opportunity to basicly teach him how to fuck a woman. So, I suppose he is custom built for me. *chuckle*

I tell you all these different stories actually to inspire a point. There are instances when size does matter, but they are extreme. What truthfully matters is technique, mood, and effort. Most women can not orgasm from merely pumping inside their vagina. You have to hit the little button (clitoris) on the way in and out. It is a talent that most men do not have, but should learn, so that millions of women across the world wouldn't have to fake orgasms.

I agree with MissVictoria about a minimum size. I was 16 when I had my 'first'. We slept together twice. I never once felt him in me. Seriously never felt a thing. I never got a look at it, but it had to have been REALLLLLLLY small. The other few partners I have had have been around 5 or 6 inches, and I am satsfied with that. There was one who must have been bigger, because he quite literally tore me, and I hurt worse then I thought imaginable. I didn't like that at all.


Some size matters. Not to big, not to small. Gotta be just right. But, you also need to know how to use it.

I wonder why my question didn't engender a response. Oh well, I'll try wording it another way. Ladies, is it the size of a man's penis that matters in absolute terms, or is it the size relative to the height of the man? Err...tha'ts not really another way but worth a shot.

I don't really understand the question. I thought I just got through explaining that size doesn't matter unless it is an extreme case. (and for the reasons listed, it would have nothing to do with height, only the size of the penis)

But... I guess I'll say this instead, perhaps in explanation (and I don't know how many women agree with me, but it is perfectly how at least one of them feels... )

I don't give a second thought to a man's penis. When I see one, it doesn't turn me on- I don't get off looking at them. I don't brag to my girlfriends about the size of my man's penis. I don't count a large or small penis as a character flaw, or a 'plus' about someone. Even if someone had a penis that I could not feel inside me, or didn't have a penis at all, it wouldn't discourage me from spending time with that person, or making love to them.

Fair enough, which is better (extreme cases I know):

A 5'2", 130lb guy with a six incher (large for his height but only average in absolute terms)
Or a 6'5" 225 lb guy with an 7.5 incher (large in absolute terms, but it only looks average when compared to his body size)

Which would you prefer in bed, everything else being equal.

I would prefer the 6'5" guy, because I am 6'0" myself. As for penis size? No preference.

My husband is 5'11" and has a 6.5" penis, and I am quite partial to him.
